1 can (20 ounce size) crushed pineapple (in its own juice), undrained
1 cup nondairy whipped topping
1 small package pistachio pudding mix
directions
Empty pineapple (with juice) into a mixing bowl. Mix dry pudding mix into pineapple. Fold whipped topping into pineapple/pudding mixture.
Divide mixture into individual serving dishes, if desired, and refrigerate.
