ingredients
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 tablespoons lime juice
4 tablespoons butter, melted
8 slices fresh pineapple
8 firm fresh peach halves
2 tablespoons brown sugar, firmly packed
directions
Mix lemon and lime juices with butter. Place pineapple and peaches on the grill over low heat. Baste with butter mixture. Turn fruit once, basting on each side.
Add the brown sugar to the basting mixture. Baste once more with the sugar mixture a few minutes before removing from heat.
