Ingredients:
1 1/2 pound round steak, pounded
1/3 cup flour
1/2 teaspoon Salt
1/4 teaspoon Peppers
1 onion sliced & separate rings
15 ounces can tomato sauce poured on top

Directions:

Put all into microwave casserole and cover. Microwave 5 minutes on HIGH. Microwave 45 minutes on Defrost (or #4). Turn meat over and cover. Microwave 45 minutes more on Defrost or #4. Let set 10 minutes. Serve.
