ingredients

6 pork chops
1 can (16 ounce size) tomatoes
2 cups cooked macaroni, al dente
1 dash cinnamon
1 onion, chopped or sliced

directions

Preheat oven to 325 degrees F.

Brown onion and pork chops in small amount of oil in frying pan. Remove pork chops and lightly brown macaroni in same oil. Add tomatoes, dash of cinnamon and salt and pepper to taste.

Place macaroni mixture in casserole dish; place pork chops on top. Cover with foil and bake for 1 to 1-1/2 hours, or until chops are very tender.
