ingredients
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 package (24 ounce size) frozen hash browns, thawed
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 can French fried onions
6 pork chops
1 tablespoon oil
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
directions
Combine the first 5 ingredients in a bowl; mix well. Spoon into a 9x13 baking dish.
Brown the pork chops in hot oil in a skillet. Arrange them over the potato mixture. Bake, covered, at 350 degrees F for 40 minutes.
Top with remaining 1/2 cup cheese and onions. Bake, uncovered, for 5 minutes longer.
