Can-of-Soup One Dish Casserole

ingredients
6 pork chops
salt and pepper
2 cups peeled and diced carrots
2 cans (15 ounce size) peas, drained
4 cups diced raw potatoes
2 large onions, finely chopped
2 cans (10.75 ounce size) tomato soup
directions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
Heat a skillet over medium heat. Add the pork chops and brown on both sides. Season lightly with salt and pepper.
While the pork is cooking, combine the carrots, peas, potatoes, onions in a 9x12-inch baking dish. Pour the tomato soup evenly over all. When the pork is browned, place the chops on top of the vegetable mixture in the baking dish.
Place the casserole in the oven and bake at 350 degrees F for 1 hour or until the pork is cooked through and the vegetables are tender.
