Baked Pineapple And Cheese Casserole

ingredients
64 ounces pineapple chunks in juice, drained
2 cups sugar
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 1/2 cup shredded low fat Cheddar cheese
1/2 cup margarine, softened
4 ounces buttery round crackers
directions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
Mix sugar, flour and cinnamon. Add the pineapple and 3/4 of the cheese, coating it well. Pour into a buttered 9" x 13" pan. Sprinkle the remaining cheese on top of the casserole.
Mix the margarine with the crackers; cover the top of the casserole. Bake for 45 minutes.
