Gorgonzola Pasta Sauce Recipe

Ingredients:
1 cup heavy cream or half and half
1 cup gorgonzola cheese
2 tablespoons butter
1/3 cup Parmesan cheese
salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
Heat cream, add gorgonzola stirring til melted. Add parm., salt and pepper and pour over hot pasta.
