Microwave White Cheese Sauce Recipe

Serves/Makes: .5 cup
Ingredients:
2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons flour
1 cup milk
salt and pepper to taste
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
1/4 cup grated Swiss cheese
Directions:
Place the butter in a 1 quart microwave safe bowl and melt on high for 30 seconds or until melted. Stir in the flour until smooth and blended. Stir in the milk, salt and pepper. Microwave at high for about 2 minutes. Stir and microwave at high for another 1 to 2 minutes until thickened. Stir in cheeses and heat again if necessary to melt cheese.
