4 1/2 cups dehydrated cheese sauce mix
2 2/3 cups powdered milk
2 2/3 cups dehydrated butter powder
2 2/3 cups flour
2 teaspoons onion powder
1 teaspoon salt
directions
Combine ingredients; store in an airtight container. Attach instructions.
Instructions: Whisk 1/2 cup sauce mix with one cup hot water in a pan; bring to a boil, stirring often. Remove from heat; stir into 4 cups cooked elbow macaroni. Makes 8 servings.
Gift Giving Note: Make this extra special by slipping a package of elbow macaroni inside a grater, then tie the mix and a wedge of cheese on top. This mix also makes a tasty nacho dip by stirring the prepared cheese sauce with a jar of salsa.
