Cheddar-Baked Zucchini & Ham

ingredients
3 medium sliced zucchini
OR
2 packages (10 ounce size) zucchini, defrosted
3 ounces diced extra-sharp Cheddar cheese, broken up
1 can (16 ounce size) chopped tomatoes
1 pound cubed ham (or turkey ham)
3 tablespoons italian-seasoned bread crumbs
directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Put a layer of zucchini in the bottom of a casserole or baking dish.
Add layers of cheese, tomatoes, and ham. Continue layering zucchini, cheese, tomatoes, and ham. Sprinkle top with crumbs. Bake 350 degrees F. 20-30 minutes or until tender, brown and bubbly.
