ingredients

2 teaspoons dried rosemary
2 teaspoons dried thyme
1 teaspoon dried tarragon
1 teaspoon black pepper, coarsely ground

directions

Combine all the ingredients and mix well. Store in an airtight container for up to 6 months.

Use as a rub on beef, pork, fish, or chicken before cooking. Can also be used as a seasoning for rice.
