Citrus steak rub is a simple and zesty way to spice up meat! Garlic powder, chili powder and orange peel give steak a unique tang. Great on shrimp and chicken, too.

4 teaspoons garlic powder
2 teaspoons paprika
2 teaspoons dried orange peel
1 teaspoon chili powder
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
Mix ingredients. Rub spices into steaks just prior to cooking. Cook steaks according to desired doneness.
