1/2 cup chili powder
garlic powder
onion powder
salt and pepper
Combine the brown sugar and chili powder in a shallow bowl. Add garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper as desired. Mix well.
Use the rub on pork ribs, pork chops, or chicken. Let the rub sit on the meat for 30 minutes then grill or cook as desired.

Love the sweet and spicy combo. Just a word of warning though, the high sugar content will burn quicker so keep the ribs away from the flame.
