  1. Marapara REVIEW:

This is a great meal. My family loves stroganoff, and this was like stroganoff with a twist - a nice change with the potatoes. I added sautéd mushrooms, sautéd the onions for 15 min. before adding, and added a bit of sour cream. I wonder how it would taste with spinach? Thank you for the splendid idea!

  2. Crocklover REVIEW:

Tried this last night. Not bad but wouldn't do again. Very bland. Maybe some cheese or another soup or something would liven it up.

  3. Guest Foodie REVIEW:

I added more water and made it into more of a soup instead of a stew. It was very good.

I made this for my very picky husband. It is easy to prepare and a great make in advance meal, it's especially yummy and I like to slather a peice of bread with the sauce it makes, I wipe my dish with the bread it's soooo good!
