Cajun Salmon Spread

1 package (10.5 ounce size) silken tofu
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 tablespoon pimento/roasted red pepper
1/2 teaspoon dried dill
1/4 cup green onions, finely chopped
2 teaspoons Cajun spice
1 pound salmon, skinned, poached
Put the tofu, lemon juice, pimento, Cajun spice and dill into a blender and blend until smooth.
Add the green onions and salmon and blend again until smooth. Serve garnished with fresh parsley, if desired.
