  1. s-chapstickies REVIEW:

I kept out 1/2 cup of flaked salmon & stirred it into the blended spread then I used a bowl lined with plastic wrap & chilled it overnight. Garnished with paprika & fresh dill Sprig's. I posted a photo of how it looked. Took it to a Super Bowl Party @ The Elk's & everyone loved it & it was gone in no time Great recipe !

  2. Yummers! REVIEW:

This was rich and excellent. The salmon taste wasn't overpowering, and the dip was actually quite filling. Don't let your guests overeat this appetizer or they'll ruin their appetites for the main meal!

  3. Valerie REVIEW:

Fantastic! Just the right balance of ingredients. Not too cheesy, not too fishy. I actually omitted the lemon juice and thinned the mixture with a little milk instead. I garnished the spread with additional chopped red onion and minced fresh chives.

  4. calicofatquarter REVIEW:

This recipe is very good and very, very simple. Do not kill yourself mincing and chopping things extrememly small. I also added a bit of dill to season it and for garnish and it was excellent. I served mine with toasted and cut into triangles of pita.
