This substantial tuna dip gets a shock of heat from horseradish that is awesome on crackers, loaded up into celery sticks, or spread onto rice cakes.

1/2 cup sour cream
1 can (7 ounce size) tuna, drained
1 tablespoon prepared horseradish
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 package (8 ounce size) cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 clove garlic
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 dash black pepper
Combine all the ingredients in a blender or food processor. Process until just smooth (do not over process).
