ingredients

1 pound ground beef or ground chuck
1 medium onion, chopped
1 bell pepper, chopped
1 can (16 ounce size) pork and beans
1 teaspoon mustard
1 cup ketchup
1 dash Worcestershire sauce
1 cup brown sugar

directions

Combine ground beef, pepper and onion. Cook until beef is brown. Drain off excess fat. Mix other ingredients together and add ground beef mixture.

Pour into large casserole dish and bake at 350 degrees F for 1 hour.

I just made this for Christmas Eve since we are having a buffet with ham. It turned out great! I used Bush's maple syrup and bacon canned beans which added a nice maple flavor to it. And, it was really easy to make. Highly recommend this recipe.
