4 pounds ground beef
1 can (1 pound size) lima beans, rinsed and drained
1 can (1 pound size) kidney beans, rinsed and drained
1 can (1 pound size) pinto beans, rinsed and drained
1 can (1 pound size) pork and beans, in tomato sauce

Preheat the oven to 300 degrees F.
In a Dutch oven over medium-high heat, brown the ground beef. Drain off any excess grease. Stir in all the beans, soup mix, water, ketchup, brown sugar, mustard, and vinegar. Mix well.
Cover the Dutch oven (or pour the bean mixture into a large, greased baking dish) and place in the oven. Bake at 300 degrees F for 2 hours or until the beans are tender and the liquid has become saucy.

Nutritional data has not been calculated yet.A can of cream of mushroom soup can be a real dinner saver. It works great in casseroles and can turn into a sauce or gravy in a pinch.
Pumpkins aren't just for pies or Halloween decorations. These large, orange gourds - while naturally sweet - also work well in savory dishes. They pair well with poultry and pork (and especially bacon) and their creamy-when-cooked texture blends easily into soups.
