Green Bean and Beef Casserole

ingredients
1 1/2 pound ground beef
1 medium onion, chopped
salt and pepper, to taste
1 quart green beans
1 can cream of mushroom soup
process cheese product (as much as you would like)
directions
Brown ground beef and onion until beef is browned and onion is tender; drain. Add salt, pepper, and soup. Mix and heat well.
Layer green beans, cheese, and hamburger mixture in casserole dish ending with cheese on top. Bake at 350 degrees F for one hour.
