ingredients
2 cups cooked lima beans
1 pound ground beef
1 clove garlic, minced fine
1/2 onion, minced
1/3 cup green bell pepper, cut fine
2 cups tomatoes
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon sugar
1 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
directions
Put hamburger, garlic, onion and green pepper in skillet and brown slightly in oven, stirring often. Pour off fat. Add rest of ingredients.
Bake in a 1 1/2 quart baking dish for 30 minutes in a 350 degrees F oven.
