Italian Zucchini Saute

ingredients
olive oil or butter to cover bottom of skillet
1 small white onion, cut in wedges
1 can (14.5 ounce size) diced tomatoes with juice
2 zucchini, sliced
1/2 tablespoon Italian seasoning
1 teaspoon salt, optional
1/2 teaspoon sugar
linguini pasta, rice, or whatever you prefer
directions
Heat olive oil/butter in skillet. Stir in onion and cook until tender. Mix in tomatoes with juice and zucchini. Season with Italian seasoning, salt and sugar. Cook and stir until zucchini is tender.
Serve with pasta or whatever you prefer
