6 medium zucchini, thinly sliced lengthwise
1/3 cup olive oil
1 1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
2 ounces feta cheese, crumbled
2 tablespoons chopped fresh dill
fresh dill sprigs, for garnish
directions
Heat grill. Brush both sides of zucchini with oil; sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Grill zucchini in batches over medium-hot heat 4 to 6 minutes per side, until softened and lightly charred.
Transfer zucchini to platter; sprinkle with feta and chopped dill. Garnish with dill sprigs, if desired.
