2 tablespoons tarragon white wine vinegar
1 tablespoon minced onions (optional)
1/4 teaspoon dried leaf tarragon
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
1 dash cayenne pepper

In a small mixing bowl, place the yogurt, vinegar, onions (if using), tarragon, pepper, and cayenne pepper. Stir to combine.
Cover and refrigerate up to 1 week.
