If you love Caesar-style dressings then this creamy version is right up your alley. It doesn't have anchovies but you could add some if you wish.
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon minced garlic
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup mayonnaise
3/4 cup plain yogurt
1/4 teaspoon salt
In a bowl, combine the lemon juice, mustard, Worcestershire, garlic, oregano, Parmesan, and mayonnaise. Mix until well blended.
Stir in the yogurt and salt and mix well. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for 2 hours before serving. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.

this is a nice basic recipe and I really liked the flavor combination. I found that adding a little lemon zest and bit more dijon, worcestershire and garlic made the dressing a little more flavorful. A few cracks of fresh black pepper also added some nice texture and flavor.
