If you love creamy blue cheese dressing but feel guilty about putting it on your salads, you need this recipe asap. There's no mayo in sight, healthy cottage cheese gives the dressing its thickness instead. Perfect for salads or raw veggie dipping.

1 cup nonfat cottage cheese
2 tablespoons crumbled blue cheese
3 tablespoons skim milk
1 clove garlic, pressed or crushed
Combine the cottage cheese, blue cheese, milk, and garlic in a food processor. Process for 15-20 seconds until the mixture is still just a little chunky.
Use immediately or transfer to an air tight container and store in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.

Out of mayo but had plenty of cottage cheese and bleu cheese...very yummy!
