ingredients
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
1/2 cup whole cranberry sauce
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
3/4 cup salad oil
directions
Combine the vinegar, cranberry sauce, salt, and pepper in a blender. Process to break up the cranberry sauce.
Add the oil and process until the mixture is smooth.
Use immediately or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 3-4 days. Stir the vinaigrette well before using.
