The name, vodka, comes from the Russian phrase zhiznennaia voda, or "water of life". It can be made from everything from potatoes to beets. It's considered to be fairly flavorless which makes it a great liquor for mixed drinks.

2 cloves garlic
3 3/4 tablespoons red wine vinegar
3 tablespoons honey
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
3/4 teaspoon oregano
3/4 cup olive oil
directions
Mix first 6 ingredients very well. Whisk and add oil. Mix again.
