Tried this as a dip for chicken fingers. It didn't thicken, it was runny. And tasted greasy. Not a lot of flavour.
You need to whisk in the oil to have it thicken. You can also put the ingredients in a blender and slowly add the oil that way if you're having trouble with it not thickening. If the oil wasn't emulsified properly then it would be more greasy.
A great recipe, I was making it for a salad so I actually cut the oil down to a 1/4 cup, still works great. Its nice to find one without mayo.

Quick and easy to make and very tasty. We also tried agave instead of honey (slight health benefit). You can adjust any of the ingredients to suit your personal tastes but we liked the proportions as written.

Tastes good. Was looking for something more creamy though.
