This dish features perfectly cooked slow cooker pork chops smothered in a tangy, sweet barbecue sauce and surrounded by tender potatoes.

4 pork chops
1 bottle barbecue sauce
2 potatoes, cut in quarters
Heat a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat. Add the pork chops in a single layer or one at a time and brown on both sides.
Place the browned pork chops on the bottom of the crock pot. Evenly pour the barbecue sauce over the pork.
Place the quartered potatoes on top of the pork chops.
Cover the crock pot and cook on low for 6-8 hours or until the potatoes are cooked.

I use boneless chops and small red potatoes (6-8 depending on size). Such an easy meal.
