Round Steak Ranchero Recipe

Ingredients:
1/2 cup oil
1/2 cup red wine or wine vinegar
2 tablespoons bottled steak sauce
1/2 onion, sliced
1 clove garlic, crushed
1/2 teaspoon thyme
Salt and pepper to taste
1 1/2 pound round steak
Directions:
Mix all ingredients except steak to make a marinade. Marinate steak several hours or overnight in mixture. Broil steak, using marinade as basting sauce.
