These chili-lime pork chops balance zesty and spicy like a pro. Your grill is calling, and this dish is the perfect reason to fire it up.

1 teaspoon chili powder
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
1 teaspoon vegetable oil
4 boneless pork sirloin chops
Preheat the grill.
Combine the chili powder, garlic salt, cayenne, lime juice, and oil in a small bowl. Brush the seasoned oil mixture on both sides of the pork chops.
Place the pork chops on the heated grill. Cook, covered, for 6-8 minutes, or until the pork is cooked through, turning once during the cooking time. Actual cook time will depend on the thickness of the pork chops.
Serve hot.

Love buffalo wings? Get that same hot, zippy flavor in everything from deviled eggs to enchiladas. And of course: wings.
Pumpkins aren't just for pies or Halloween decorations. These large, orange gourds - while naturally sweet - also work well in savory dishes. They pair well with poultry and pork (and especially bacon) and their creamy-when-cooked texture blends easily into soups.
