ingredients
6 medium red potatoes (or more), thickly sliced
1 large onion, quartered, and thickly sliced
salt, to taste
freshly ground black pepper, to taste
4 boneless butterflied pork chops
1 packet (0.6 ounce size) zesty Italian salad dressing mix
directions
Add the potatoes and onion to the crock pot and season as desired with salt and pepper.
Place the pork chops on top of the potatoes and sprinkle with the dry salad dressing mix.
Cover the crock pot and cook on low heat for 6-7 hours or until the pork is tender and cooked. Serve the pork chops with the potatoes and onion.
