Ham and Broccoli Stuffing Casserole

ingredients
2 cups chopped, cooked ham
10 ounces frozen broccoli
1 cup cooked rice
10 3/4 ounces can cream of mushroom soup
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup sour cream
1 package prepared stuffing mix
salt and pepper, to taste
directions
Combine all ingredients except stuffing in 9x13 baking dish.
Prepare stuffing mix according to package directions. Spread stuffing over ham mixture. Bake at 325 degrees F for 1 hour until top is browned and mixture is bubbly.

It was really good! I used frozen veggies( corn, peas and green beans) and it turned out really good! Next I would use 3 cups of cubed ham instead of 2 cups.

This was so filling and satisfying. Delicious comfort food! The stuffing crust really added flavor. I used broccoli florets, which were a little too large. I would recommend using frozen chopped broccoli, and will do so in the future.
