ingredients

1 pound ground pork
1 pound cooked ground ham
2 cups fresh bread crumbs
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1/2 cup milk
3/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup water
1/4 cup vinegar
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard

directions

In a bowl, combine meat, bread crumbs, eggs, and milk. Shape into individual oval shapes, using 1 cup of meat mixture for each little loaf. Place on an ungreased throw away foil pan, the size of a cookie sheet.

Combine brown sugar, water, vinegar and mustard. Pour over the loaves. Bake uncovered in a 350 degrees F oven for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Place loaves on a platter and spoon some of the sauce over them.
