Barbecue Sauce IV Recipe

Serves/Makes: .75 cup
Ingredients:
1/4 cup Apple Cider Vinegar, more if desired
1/4 cup Dark Brown Sugar
1 1/2 tablespoon Lea & Perrins Worcestershire Sauce (to taste)
3/4 teaspoon French's Prepared Mustard
3 cloves fresh garlic, crushed, peeled, minced (optional, to taste)
1/4 teaspoon Onion Magic or onion POWDER (to taste)
Salt (to taste)
Black Pepper (to taste)
Directions:
Sometimes I add 1/4 cup Honey, especially if I want a sauce that will stick to the meat, as ribs. Depending on the meat, I might add 1/4 cup Red (beef) or White (pork, chicken) wine. I might also add 1 or 2 Tbsp Kitchen Bouquet Browning Sauce (Hamburgers, Beef).
Combine and heat ingredients over medium heat, stirring to prevent sticking or burning. Heat until thickened.
