Barbecue Sauce III Recipe

Serves/Makes: 2 qts
Ingredients:
1 cup vinegar
1/2 pound butter
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon Tabasco sauce
1 tablespoon chili powder
2 tablespoons paprika
3 tablespoons black pepper
3 tablespoons salt
24 ounces catsup
3/4 teaspoon dry mustard
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper (ground)
1/2 cup water (optional)
1 teaspoon liquid smoke (optional)
Directions:
Simmer for 30 minutes; do not boil. For a milder sauce, omit the cayenne pepper
