1/2 cup softened butter
1 tablespoon cooked and finely crumbled bacon
2 tablespoons crumbled Gorgonzola or other blue cheese
Combine the butter, bacon, and Gorgonzola in a mixing bowl. Beat on low speed with an electric mixer until combined.
Transfer the butter mixture to a covered container and chill for at least one hour in the refrigerator. This can be made 24 hours in advance.
Let the butter come to room temperature before using.
