ingredients
3 pounds chicken tenders, not breaded
1 pound Cheddar cheese, grated
8 ounces green chilies
3 cups corn flakes, coarsely crushed
3 tablespoons butter
directions
In a 2 qt. baking dish, layer half the chicken, half the chilies, and half the cheese, then repeat layers. Bake at 350 degrees F for 45 minutes or until chicken is done.
Melt butter and mix with cornflakes. When corn flakes are lightly covered with butter, spread over chicken and place in oven until browned.
