It may look like a sad little package shoved in the back of your freezer, but frozen spinach actually has a lot of culinary uses (and some may surprise you).

- #38116
ingredients
1 pound minced turkey or ground turkey
salt and pepper, to taste
8 ounces feta cheese, crumbled
8 medium black olives, chopped
2 teaspoons dried oregano
1 teaspoon sage
directions
In a large bowl mix all ingredients well. Make into evenly sized round balls. Put the balls on lightly floured surface and flatten with the palm of your hand to form burgers, turn over so there is a light dusting of flour on both sides.
Cook on the BBQ for 10-12 minutes total time, turning once, serve on toasted bun with salsa on top. Enjoy.

Keeping a can of frozen orange juice concentrate in the freezer means you can make more than just orange juice. Try it in a variety of orange-flavored recipes.
Pumpkins aren't just for pies or Halloween decorations. These large, orange gourds - while naturally sweet - also work well in savory dishes. They pair well with poultry and pork (and especially bacon) and their creamy-when-cooked texture blends easily into soups.
