This chicken burger is as juicy as meatloaf. The super moist texture combined with a small army of herbs and spices makes some absolutely top-notch burgers.

15 ounces ground chicken
1 slice bread
1 egg
1 onion, finely chopped
1 clove garlic, finely minced
1 tablespoon mustard
1 teaspoon majoram
1 teaspoon chives, chopped
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon paprika
4 hamburger buns
lettuce leaves
pickles, sliced
tomatoes, sliced
tartar sauce
1 tablespoon bread crumbs
Soak the slice of bread in milk, squeeze out excess liquid and add bread to the meat. Mix in the egg, onion, garlic, seasonings and breadcrumbs; combine thoroughly and form four burgers. Grill or broil as desired. Top with lettuce, pickles, tomatoes and tartar sauce.

I don't eat red meat and I love this recipe! Even my picky steak lover friend asked for the recipe. I dont always use chives, dont use tarter sauce and dont need the bread crumbs. Spray your hands with PAM to put on the grill or its a big mess.I also use this to make meatloaf just by adding chopped green bell pepper and topping with a tomato sauce and ketchup mixture. The meatloaf tastes just like I remember my mom's. You cant tell it's chicken!
