It may look like a sad little package shoved in the back of your freezer, but frozen spinach actually has a lot of culinary uses (and some may surprise you).

Cheesy stuffed sliders are the perfect bite-sized snack or party food. Tender, juicy beef is stuffed with gooey cheese and sandwiched between soft, fluffy slider buns.
2 pounds 80% lean ground chuck
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
1/2 cup grated cheese, such as cheddar or American, or crumbled blue cheese
12 slider buns (3 inch size) or small dinner rolls, split in half
Place the ground beef, onion powder, garlic powder, Worcestershire sauce and salt and pepper in a medium bowl. Gently mix with hands and form into 24 (one ounce) small patties.
Make a small depression with your thumb in half the patties. Fill with a small mound of cheese, dividing it evenly. Top with the remaining patties, and then pinch them together around the cheese. Make sure the stuffing is completely enclosed. Pat and mold the burgers to fit the buns.
Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for about 1 hour or overnight.
Oil the grill rack. Preheat your grill using all burners set on high and with the lid closed for 10 to 12 minutes.
Split rolls in half and toast on grill for about 2 minutes, if desired. Place the burgers on the grill and grill for about 3 minutes. Turn and continue grilling for an additional 2 to 3 minutes.
Add one burger to each roll and serve with your favorite condiments.
