vegetable oil for shallow-frying
4 pieces crumbed chicken schnitzels
4 hamburger buns
2 medium avocados sliced thickly
1/3 cup dijonnaise
directions
Heat oil in large frying pan; shallow fry chicken until browned both sides and cooked through, drain on absorbent paper.
Split buns; toast until browned lightly. Top burns with chicken, avocado, dijonnaise, and rocket or lettuce, if desired; replace tops.
