This iconic whiskey is a "Jack of all trades" when it comes to cooking. Toss it in some pasta, as a savory dipping sauce, and even bake it into something sweet.

Saucy cannelini beans immersed in the flavors of fire-roasted tomato and basil bring a creative contrast to the thin angel hair while grilled turkey sausage ties the whole thing together.
3 tablespoons olive oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 can (14.5 ounce size) diced tomatoes, undrained
1 can (15 ounce size) cannellini beans, rinsed and drained
1/4 cup chopped fresh Italian parsley
1/4 cup chopped fresh basil
Kosher or sea salt and black pepper to taste
4 Italian-style turkey sausages, hot or mild
1 pound angel hair pasta
Heat a grill to high heat. Grease the grill as needed.
In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the garlic and cook, stirring frequently, for 3 minutes or until the garlic is fragrant but not browned.
Add the tomatoes, beans, parsley, basil, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 5-10 minutes.
Place the sausages on the grill and cook for 12-14 minutes, turning frequently, until browned on all sides and cooked through.
While the sausages are cooking, cook the pasta in boiling water as directed on the package. Drain well.
Place the angel hair pasta on a serving platter. Top with the tomato and cannellini bean sauce. Place the turkey sausages on top. Serve hot.

This Italian cheese is so versatile that it can be used in both sweet and savory recipes from cheesecakes to lasagnas.
It may look like a sad little package shoved in the back of your freezer, but frozen spinach actually has a lot of culinary uses (and some may surprise you).

This went over really well with the family. The sauce would be great if you are a vegatarian. I did double the cans of tomatoes added 1 tbsp of white vineger and also doubled the sausage
