ingredients
3 pounds fresh (or frozen) perch
1/4 cup lemon juice
2 tablespoons marjoram leaves
2 teaspoons onion salt
1/2 teaspoon seasoned pepper
paprika
directions
Heat oven to 450 degrees F.
Grease baking pan, 13 x 9 x 2 inches; place fresh (or thawed) fish in pan. Mix lemon juice, marjoram leaves, onion salt and seasoned pepper; spoon on fish.
Bake uncovered 35 minutes or until fish flakes easily with fork. Sprinkle with paprika.
