ingredients
1 egg, slightly beaten
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 dash black pepper
3/4 cup crushed corn flakes
1 pound perch fillets
directions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
In a shallow bowl combine egg, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Mix well. Dip fish in egg mixture and then in crumbs.
Place in a shallow greased baking pan. Bake uncovered 20 to 25 minutes or until fish flakes easily and coating is brown.
