ingredients
1 1/2 pound ground beef
1 can Cheddar cheese soup
1/4 cup water
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon prepared mustard
6 English muffins, split and toasted
directions
Form the ground beef into patties that are 1/2-inch thick.
Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the beef patties in a single layer and cook until browned on both sides.
Drain off the fat in the skillet and remove the patties to a plate.
Combine the soup, water, Worcestershire sauce, and prepared mustard in the skillet. Stir until well mixed. Return the beef patties to the skillet and gently stir to coat in the sauce.
Bring the sauce to a boil. Reduce the heat to low and cover the skillet. Let cook for 5 minutes or until the beef is cooked through.
Serve the beef patties and sauce on the toasted english muffins.
