Sizzlin' Steak Burgers Recipe

Ingredients:
1 pound lean ground beef
1 teaspoon McCormick® Grill Mates® Montreal Steak Seasoning
4 slices Gouda cheese (optional)
4 hamburger rolls
Directions:
Mix beef and Steak Seasoning in bowl. Shape into patties.
Grill over medium heat 4 to 6 minutes per side or until burgers are cooked through (internal temperature of 160°F). Add cheese slices to burgers 1 minute before cooking is completed. Toast rolls on the grill, open-side down, about 30 seconds.
Serve burgers on toasted rolls. Garnish with desired condiments and toppings.
Notes: Grill Mates® Montreal Steak Seasoning adds a bold, zesty flavor to burgers. To add another flavor twist, top burgers with a gourmet cheese, such as Gruyere, Havarti, or crumbled blue cheese.
