Sirloin Patties With Blue Cheese And Cheddar Topping

ingredients
1 pound ground sirloin
1/2 teaspoon McCormick® Grill Mates® Montreal steak seasoning
1 ounce crumbled blue cheese
1 ounce grated sharp Cheddar cheese
1 1/2 teaspoon oregano leaves
1/2 teaspoon ground mustard
directions
Preheat broiler. Mix ground beef and steak seasoning in bowl. Shape into patties, 1/2-inch thick.
Mix remaining ingredients in a small bowl.
Spray broiler rack and pan with cooking spray. Broil patties on broiler rack 4 inches away from heat for 4 to 6 minutes per side or until cooked through (internal temperature of 160 degrees F). Top each patty with cheese mixture.

Top broiled sirloin patties with a mixture of two cheeses and herbs and watch the cheese slowly melt.
Serve with baked potatoes and a crisp salad to round out your meal.
